Damaris Murray was born in Fort Benning, Georgia but claims Tennessee as home. She currently resides in New Mexico and is devoted to her faith in Jesus Christ, her husband and encouraging others on their life journeys.

She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communication Arts from Austin Peay State University, where she was able to hone in on her love for writing, editing and creating, some of the gifts God has given her.

She is dedicated to declaring her faith and sharing her life through her Substack Publication, Seek First The Kingdom.

Through transparency & vulnerability, she shares her experiences being in her 20s & how she navigates the difficulties of life with the truth of God’s Word.
